Oscar night!  Everyone looks beautiful!  But let's face it, most of us live in the REAL WORLD!  No personal chefs, no private trainers who come to your house, no assistants!  It's easy to look like that.  OK, not EASY but easier!  After last week and the emotional drain of my Mother in the hospital I started this week very positive, happy and back on track!  I lost 2 of out the 3 pains I gained back.  I always prided myself on never weighing myself.  I am not one of those girls who cares what the number on the scale says.  It's how I look.  Well I don't know what I was looking at but it certainly wasn't my body!  I was totally fooling myself thinking I could hide my weight in clothes.  I couldn't and didn't yet I still believed.  It is much easier to weigh yourself once a week and see what you have gained.  If it's a pound or two or three it is easy to loose.  Not easy to loose 30!  Watch what you put in your mouth!  Every bite counts!  Be conscious of what you are eating.  A bite or a taste here and there  really add up!

Achievements:  I lost 2 lbs.  I am back to the 10 lbs. I lost since starting this plan.  Woohoo! 

Setbacks:  Time.  Try to fit the gym in your schedule no matter how hard it is.  A half an hour is better than nothing!  Even 15 minutes if that's all you have.

Tips/Takeaways:  Carry the snacks with you, so if you don't make it home in time and you are starving you can eat before making the mistake of eating the wrong thing.
